A new year usually brings..
.. new challenges. However, I suspect that many of the challenges we face this year will have had their origins in events of 2008. It is important that we don't let short term issues cloud our long term aims and whilst we need to react to events we must ensure that we do so in a way that is consistent with our values and our aspirations.There is no doubt it will be a challenging year - but challenges provide opportunity and favour the strong and the bold.
